I can imagine there are probably a lot of
abandonned facilities of various type, in
the world. Each administration brings a
different emphasis. I miss Ronald Reagan,
and his emphasis on lower taxes.

Sadly, congress was deficit spending even
back then.

I wonder if Adam and Eve were deficit spending?
Eve was probably buying fruit baskets on credit
card.
