In Acrobat Reader, click "Edit" and then "Take a snapshot". Cursor becomes
a cross. Click and drag to highlight the area you want to turn into a JPG.
Then open Paint, or any other image program, paste the image and save in
whatever format you want.

Good for taking a section. Sometimes you may have to look under "Tools"
or "Selection Tool".

Or just "Copy File to Clipboard" and paste to Paint, etc. Note that
these methods just do one "page" at a time, not a whole multi page document.
