If you are doing it for the "green" of the planet, think again.
If you think you would ever break even on the LOI, think again.
If you are doing it for the classic US anxiety of Arabs owning your home,
that may be a different matter.

Judging by your childish response here I think the latter is the reason and
I still have swampland that is a good deal.
