Now with the sidewall finished, I attempt to put in a HandiCap accessible
approach which will land on a small Redwood Deck. The slope has to be less
than 1/20 overall.
I am going to redo the entrance with a art-glass door type, and 2 glue
chip/tempered sidelights. The stairs going to be hidden by deck, and then a
small set of redwood steps
up to deck for regular entrance......Since this is commercial space, I have
to address handicap issues.
Inside is even harder.....The old house needs 36" widths for access, and so
there are many wall and header changes......
So much for my fine woodworking....
