I use naptha as a good general purpose solvent, and resort to paint
remover when desperate.

Cheap local sources have dried up for me.
I understand that the stuff is used in
preparing drugs now. I can get it as
Coleman Camping Fuel in gallons but I'm
always asked "where are you camping?"
as if they had the slightest interest.
