That is a Champion Combination Repair Outfit
It was part of a forging setup and included a few tools.
It is a combination of a drill press, grinder, vice, anvil, and would
have been attached to a portable forge.
Sort of an OLD Shopsmith...
I see in the original paperwork...it was considered too light duty for
serious work and was considered a hobby device.
Just like a shopsmith. Not the greatest machine, it doesn't do
everything well, but it does do everything. For round a house, or
small place where you can't justify "proper" tools - it works. For
some value of "works".
