Crude is $110 a barrel and virtually no one
burns it to generate electricity because other
fuels, eg nuclear are significantly cheaper.

Nobody has yet figured out what to do with the nuclear waste. They
always conveniently leave that out of the cost equation.


I think they have figured out several ways but it always comes down to
"not in my backyard".
