It has to go up about 10.5'. Getting a boom truck will be tricky, no
one wants to do it.

Half day rental of a forklift. They will deliver the machine for you.

Just called my closest dealer, an hour or so away. No half days on pick
up and delivery.

Got a quote for a full day.

Rent $353/day, delivery $95, pick up $95, tax ~$54, total $597.

I'll check with my local rental place, I think they have a forklift.
