I can imagine the ACLU stepping in. But, as for me, it makes
sense. Can we apply the same to Congress? Which is the
opposite of progress?

They could take pointers from our Humane Society. Start a
catch and
release program after sterilizing them so they can't
reproduce. That
would really cut down on the feral human population in The
