No, its actually pretty simple. You make yourself look really silly when
you point fingers at other countries when your own is in disorder.

Bingo. If this was happening in the U.S. today Harry would point to it as
proof the U.S. is inherently wicked or something similar. But since it's
happening in the UK he first ignores it and then when someone else points it
out he tries to explain it away as being the behavior of racial inferiors.
He has a permanent double-standard where his own nation's failings are
concerned.
