Today I disassembled my cherry picker and put the pieces in the
pickup. Drove to where the welder was located and used the cherry
picker to load the 250 AC/DC-HF welder. Then disassembled the cherry
picker and loaded it in the pickup. Drove home and reassembled the
cherry picker and unloaded the welder. It worked, but there must be
a better way. Frequent rests and lots of water helped.
You would love to have a truck crane. My new one is too tall to fit
into some parking lots, so I take it off, but it is relatively
easy. It weighs about 100 lbs.
