Yep. Me too. I've recently taken to highlighting the freshly painted area
with a double, high-intensity, quartz/halogen work light. It shows the
subtle areas not quite covered with paint, such as on the other side of a
teeny texture bump.

Heh, when I complain about flaws in my home painting jobs my wife insists
nobody but me can see them. Of course that might be because she's my wife,
but still.
