isolate the bathroom cold-taps

This is correct. There is a stop-cock to the HW tank. But if I close
it right down the hot-taps in the bathroom still run full on.


so freeze the fecker with pipe freezing spray?

Consider where and whether ycba to fit an iso valve when frozen or
wing it with just the tap repair...
