True indeed. But! Ive quake proofed my home quite well and have ridden
out quite a number of up to 5.5 without any issues noted.

Even a 7 wont do much damage actually. Might shut off the water and the
power, and even the gas..but..shrug..thats why Ive made preps for 35
yrs.

The Coalinga earthquake of 83 taught me that lesson really really well.
