How about reaming?

All they tell you is to use very sharp tools and positive rake. If you have
an unused reamer, I'd try it if it doesn't have a microbevel. If it's not
new or if it does have a microbevel, I personally wouldn't use it.

But I have little experience machining Oilite. I have turned down a couple
of outside diameters and it cut very clean. I hone my HSS tools with a hard
Arkansas stone for critical jobs like that.
