I would either sleeve it with an oilite bushing or fill the hole with
MIG weld and redrill it. You can buy oilite rod stock and turn custom
thin-walled bushings.

I bought some at a local bearing supply house. Tek and Eastern Bearing
show up near Elizabeth NJ.
