Bin it! OK you can try IPA, HCL, Micro-90, bleach etc, but when the inks
really hardened it needs ultra-sonics and an aggressive solvent so stand
any chance of moving it...BTDTWTTS and still the head was blocked!

You clearly didn't read the rest of my post about getting a suitable
replacement.
