The TV only has the 75 ohm antenna cable input. The DVD player RCA
jacks or S Video. They make converters @ $50+ but I went to
Goodwill and bought a $5. VCR. RCA cables from DVD to VCR and
75ohm coax from VCR to the TV. Works for me!

My local thrift shop always has lots of converters for a few bucks.

None here, maybe I'll let you get me one next time I need it?

Check out other shops. I have one nearby that carries lots of electronics.
Others, not so many.

And get this, the old Sony DVD,CD,Video CD player I hooked up has a
real on/off switch!!! If I leave the switch on it says it's on
STANDBY, then goes blank but the remote will take it out of standby. If I turn
off the power switch it's OFF! The remote will not turn it
on!

An OLDIE!
