What people just don't understand is that quitting smoking is a
decision. Once you make it, the quitting's easy. You find the will to
keep away from it for a week while the physical and psychological
habits tear at you (which you've diminished by cutting way back before
quitting), and then you're done.

That's the problem. People turn it into some kind of psychodrama.

Just leave out the part where you stick it in your mouth and light it,
and you're done!

I see that you're extremely well versed in the area of addiction. Thanks
for your expertise on the subject. Dr. Drew could probably use your help
dealing with the addicted.
