Are you advocating a free for all as the alternative? An eye for an
eye? Or sharia? Or what?


No, he said that laws do not deter CRIMINALS.

What laws are supposed to do is to deter a righteous citizen from
BECOMING a criminal.


Then there is no problem. Criminals are supposed to be punished,
rehabilitated or locked up.
