Well obviously, using something a bit more suitable
than a Weller soldering gun to do the re-cap helps.

But yeah, I did mine, because I bought a pair of
dells with the cap-itis problems for $50. With $25
worth of caps they're good as new.

Would I do this for a commercial customer? No, I'd
give him $25 for the old machine and have him buy a
new one.

Then fix his old one for myself. ;-)
