It's called psychoticaussie****itis. When he remembers to take his meds,
it's quite well controlled. Unfortunately, every few weeks, he forgets them,
and then has an episode like this. Sad, really, because when it's properly
controlled, he can be quite lucid, and occasionally shows flashes of what
almost passes for intelligence in the normal world ...
