1. Buy a ****-load of postal money orders (or traveller's checks). Deposit
them.

2. The same regulations apply if you try to take substantial sums out of the
country.
a) Buy $50,000 (or whatever) of American Express Traveller's checks.
b) Burn the traveller's checks
c) Go to Bermuda (or wherever)
d) Visit the local Amex office and report the checks missing.
e) Collect your replacement money.
