Absolutely, we had a senator some years back named Howell Heflin
who is probably singularly responsible for leading everyone in

Interesting, and yet you do such a cunning impression of someone who
takes Fox and Newsmax and Limbaugh seriously. You're wasting yourself on
Usenet, Hollywood is crying out for actors of your caliber.

The only thing I snort is the occasional antihistamine, although I do
like a nice pint of ale or a glass of the grape. Okay, I'm partial to an
occasional single malt as well, weekend evenings on the veranda. Nothing
snortable however, I don't want to end up in rehab like some disgraced
Republican member of Congress who blames it all on being under the
influence.

I just had to snort some nasal spray and I'm still weak from the walking
pneumonia I had for more than a month. I'm swilling some
Mountain Dew right now, (diet, I have to watch my figure) and I'm
contemplating whether or not to cook some comfort food to get me
through the miserable cold snap we're having right now. 16°F is
the expected low tonight. No alcohol for me, in fact never. All
my contemporary damn hippie freak fellow college student friends
from four decades ago thought I was weird because I never partook
of any of the recreational chemicals they were so fond of. It was
very entertaining for me to watch over them and keep them from
driving, I lost too many of them when they did. I do have the
advantage over many of them now, I can embarrass them in front
of their descendants. "Grandma took off her what and did what with
it at that concert?!!" :-)
