Default Mold on floor joist in crawl space.

Trying to treat mold in crawl space with 20% bleach in water. I
thought I could spray it on, but it beads up and runs off. Is there a
chemical that will kill the mold that can be applied with a sprayer.
Also is there a wetting agent that can be mixed with bleach that will
not bead up when applied. Any help will be appreciated. *

Thanks in advance.

The CDC endorses a mixture of 10 parts water, one part bleach.
Assuming that a person is gonna be using 5% sodium hypochlorite
as the base solution.
Half cup per gallon of solution is close, then apply it with a misting
sprayer, and give it plenty of contact time.
