Bought one today. It's 28-210 Nm at accuracy of +/- 4% ('if used
correctly'). Comes in a nice blow-mould case (as depicted). Made in
Taiwan.

Looks fine, I haven't tried it on anything yet. It appears to be very
similar to Toolstation's example and only a few quid cheaper:

so probably not worth making a huge detour for.
