My uphill neighbor drained his pool today, and the water ran across
my property. Thankfully, the water passed at least 20 feet from the
house.

Is there enough chlorine in pool water to harm grass or shrubs? Are
there any other possible perils? I don't want to start a feud unless
there's the potential for actual harm.
