We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember "ARWadsworth"
saying something like:

Some find that having the affected limb paired with a crutch is the way
forward, others find that having the limb opposite the crutch works for
them. Either way works, but the hospital will tell you the first way.
Going up and down stairs simply needs adapability - you figure it out as
you go, it's not rokkit syens, ffs.
