That's the general idea. So if you want to move, why would you be
waiting for the taxpayers to buy your place? Answer: because you hope
that the taxpayers will pay you some "market value" that's higher than
the true market value. And the majority of that money will likely come
from the feds desire to stimulate the economy in depressed areas.
Which means that you're hoping for something that you like to rail
