Default OT - Celebrate our freedoms, this fourth of july

I havn't bought one of the LED mini mags. But the filament bulb mags
all focuss, so you can get a spot of light at a distance. You may well
be pleased.

Most LED lights are very short range. Most are more blue than white. I
call it "blue fog" light.

I've heard that in England or UK. In case of a power cut, don't look
better off than your neighbors. They will be angry at you.

Ah yes I remember now. I have an LED torch, not a Maglite, they are
expensive over here. It is a useless thing. Whilst the LED seems very
bright, the beam is so diffuse as to be useless. I'd consider buying
a maglite, I hear they are indestructable. I never carry a torch about
the place, I just have a couple about the house in case there's a
power cut.

There are few American products for sale over here but Maglite is one
of them.
