Not the same thing as I was refering to they are just another
marketing form 070 "personal" numbers.

I was refering to numbers that (should) be used in TV dramas etc when
a phone number is need to for a ficticious person or company. These
numbers have not and will not be issued as valid numbers, bit like
the 555 xxxx numbers you see in US films and programmes.
