Basic Microwave Repair?

Chuck the bloody thing out & buy another. They cost peanuts these
days.
BTW, I have a forty year old Sharp microwave oven. Used every day.
It cost £200 ($300) back then, a fortune :-)
You might get five years out of a new one though.
