elsewhre
and let them know why.

Particularly annoying if you're calling because your internet access is
broken.

At that point, faced with the usual endless button pressing, I usually
stop wasting my time and write a polite but stiff letter to the CEO
of the company (get their info from Yahoo Finance). Or Fax if it's
urgent. Sometimes there is even a person at the main office who can
READ! Usually gets results.
