What if you're not calling from the phone that's registered with the
insurance company? For example, if you decide to deal with this from
your work phone, or using your cell phone instead of your home land
line.

The next thing she said was......can you give me your phone number in
case we get disconnected?


What if you don't want them calling the phone you're using to call
them? For example, you may want them to call your cell phone instead
of your work phone.
