Almost done powerwashing the deck -- about 1,500 SF. Deck is
constructed of what I believe to be pressure treated wood. Looking for
advice on what to use for finish. Waterseal? Deck stain? It was
unfinished/unprotected by the previous owner. Will one coat cover and
protect? I don't want to do this for another four years.
