He's even unable, apparently, to put together his reliance on the sale of
clapped out and obsolete used equipment with his failing customer's and
poverty stricken life. One look at his "inventory" is all anyone in business
needs when it comes to what not to do and how not to do it in the
manufacturing world. This is known positioning yourself, and your customer
base, for failure.
