Where in the hell do you buy a 72K resistor without going to
precision? ANd why would you use a precision resistor when you will
have trouble getting capacitors better than 5%?

68k plus a 10k trimmer would do the job. A 10k trimmer would provide
some adjustment.

PPS film caps are +/2 % cheap and readily available.
