touch ANY project larger than 6 sq ft indoors or 20 sq ft outside PERIOD!
No home owner can work on it if it disturbs any more than the above
dimensions! Rule goes into effect on April 22, 2010. The ONLY exception is
if you spend several hundred $$$$$$$$$$$$ to get your home certified lead
free by a certified contractor. With 28 days to go there are only 10
various certified contractors within 100 miles of my zip code. $300 for the
application, which takes 6 weeks for the efficient gov to rubber stamp the
application, $100 for the 8-hour class, plus travel and food expenses, plus
