HOWEVER - the brakes must be applied HARD - and STEADY - NOT PUMPED -

the brakes too much time to heat up and fade - and pumping at WOT

People forget they have a parking / "emergency" brakes? What a crazy
world.

HOO BOY!

HOO BOY! And a Woo Hoo!

20% braking at the very most. At highway speeds after accelerating
uncontrollably they will get too hot to work long before you can stop
the vehicle. And no way will they make a difference if the vehicle is
still in gear. Didn't we go through this recently? They don't even
call them "emergency brakes" any more. They call them "parking brakes".
