I'm not sure what's worse. The other tech with the
load of air in the system, I can deal with that.
The customer who totally insists all it needs is 8
pounds of freon. I can't do much with that. I
think it's sad, though. The restaurant has several
of the world's nicest people. But the owner was
pretty set in his ways, and not listening to
reason.
