imo .. you want to disassemble and reassemble anyway.. so..

pull off the fence system
remove the extension wings
remove the motor
that leaves the enclosed stand and top
you could remove the top also

you are going to want to adjust all these parts anyway.. so you may as
well move in parts, so they don't get damaged and then put it together
properly

the heaviest of those parts is probably 200#

grap a couple neighbors
