The issue isn't "accidental" exposure - the guy was in a picture window
and made noise to draw attention. Odd that a number of people made
similar complaints ....jeesh, if I "accidentally" saw a neighbor naked
in their window, I would not be calling the cops for fear of seeming
like a looney
