Gunner, Tim: A reminder - Plonking is just like Fight Club. The
first rule of plonking is You Do Not Talk About Plonking.

If you just ignore them, they don't know any better. They just
think nobody had anything to say in response.

If you stand there with your fingers in your ears singing "La La La
Laaaa We Can't Hear You....." so they know what they are saying is
getting to you, they will just get closer and scream louder.

They crave negative feedback just as much as (if not more than)
positive feedback.

The persistent and halfway smart ones will figure out nym-shifting
on their own, and then you have to filter a hundred names instead of
one. Don't tell the others that they need to start and how to do it.
