The allegation seems to be that my business has failed or does not
trade. This is untrue, and the statement seems to be intended purely to
do damage to my business.

I don't have to and you're misunderstanding libel law if you think that
one has to prove actual financial loss in order to pursue a libel
action.

BTW, don't bother throwing insults at me that you cannot prove, or I will
have to sue you for defamation of character. *eg* or even ;-)

You don't seem to understand the difference between common insult and
libel.
