I'm sure with some simple observations you can find out if they are doing
*anything* that might attract the attention of HM Customs &
Excise/Council/Police etc etc.

Alternatively you could move to a less pikey area where your hobby,
lifestyle and needs are more comfortably accommodated, but hey....isn't that
what they want you to do.

Imagine their surprise if you did move and the council let the place to a
less "acceptable" family or person that simply didn't give in to their
whinging ways.
