Skiing is an accepted risk. On a society-wide basis, it probably has
net physical and mental health benefits. I stay in shape so I can ski
better. And *all* risk shouldn't be legally mitigated... just the
really bad ones.
Crack cocaine isn't as good for people as skiing.
