Moron, the courts are part of the government too. The family brought it to
court, so they put it in the government's hands.

All the "righties" did was allow (not require - allow) a second judge to
review the decision of the first judge. And don't tell me there were other
judicial rulings because all the rulings in between were based on the
assumption that the main decision of the first judge, that the patient would
want to die, was correct.
