Ah yes.That was Panorama with Mr Dimblebum Snr.

I remember seeing it 'live' as a kid. And the spaghetti hung on the trees
was so badly done it was obviously a spoof. Despite the film focus being
as soft as they dared.

Did you believe it at the time?
