It's got to be cheaper to simply replace a boiler in a working storage
system than to convert to a combi. Wonder what they would have quoted for
that?
I suppose it's just possible the flow of mains water was insufficient
even although the neighbours were ok, but wouldn't the water board fix
this for free?
