Anyone know of a lubricant that could be used that would not cause medical

The most recent American Rifleman mentioned a Nickle Boride ceramic
coating that may meet your needs. No lubricant required. They talk
about it lasting 60K cycles, which for a semiautomatic rifle is pretty
good. Whether it could be made thicker or modified to meet your
customer's durability needs is something the manufacturer would have
to answer. The process is a dip done by failzero.com. I'll email you
the article.
